Payments for Atelier Pureriver services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on pureriver.lol.

• This payment page on this site is maintained by Atelier Pureriver; email shop@this site if a step looks outdated for Dubai.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from shop@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on United Arab Emirates norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact shop@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Dubai unless otherwise stated.

Materials for payment are quoted before custom clothing labour begins without silent add-ons — changes need a written OK. No app-only queues for this bench.
